Government Proposes Ban On Alcohol During Weekdays (See Why)

A cabinet committee has approved a deft policy against the sale of alcoholic products during the days of the week and also to pregnant women.
The bill was the idea of the Zimbabwe’s former Health Minister, Timothy Stamps, who is said to be the current Health Advisor in the Office ofthe President in Zimbabwe.
The policy which is set to provide guideline on the consumption of the liquid in Zimbabwe is said to give the police the power to arrest any driver is suspected to be drinking as well as those found selling alcohol to pregnant women.
