Zlatan Ibrahimovic set to leave Man U after rejecting £13M-a-year contract

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has according to the Sun via Caughtoffside turned down a mouth-watering £13million-a-year offer from Manchester United.
It was believed to be as a result of his damaged knee and not his head as the report claimed.
Per The Sun, it says that the retired Swedish legend was offered the chance to remain at Old Trafford beyond his current one-year deal, despite suffering an anterior cruciate rupture that is likely to rule him out for up to nine months.
However, The Sun believes Zlatan is not interested on the idea of being paid a whooping £250,000-a-week while he is sat on the injury table and not contributing to the team, and will instead call time on his spell with the Red Devils.
It may seem a strange move by United’s hierachy offering him a player who has just bagged a long-term injury such lucrative contract, but the reports says it was a reward for his huge contribution to the team this season.
It appears our love for Zlatan Ibrahimovic has come to a bitter end.
