Another Man Attempts Suicide By Jumping Into Well In Lagos (photos)


A major tragedy was averted this morning  in Lagos, when a man jumped into the well at a residence in Kujore street in the Ojota area of Lagos state  early in the morning today April 25th.
The unidentified  45 years old man who is married with two kids, according to eyewitnesses, was seen as he jumped into the well early in the morning around 6am,  
but thankfully, he was rescued by men of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency  (LASEMA).
Another witness, who simply gave his name as Steven, said he ran to the place and saw the man almost dying, but did not know what to do to help him out of the situation but he tried molibizing people to call the .
Another witness said he was please to see the LASEMA men effectiveness because thereafter, nobody was ready to assist him. 
People simply looked at him, expressed sympathy and continued their journey until someone  called an emergency number,” he said.
Men of the Lagos state Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) were alerted at about 6am this morning after the man jumped into the 116 feet well. 
Although he did not die, the man sustained a fracture on his hand. 
He was taken to the hospital for treatment by officials of the Lagos State





 This suicide attempt occurrence is gradually turning into a trend and becoming rampant!
