President Buhari has launched the “Change Begins With Me’’ campaign at thePresidential villa today September 8th. According to the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, the campaignis aimed at educating and enlightening Nigerians to appreciate the values of accountability, integrity and inculcate positive attitudinal change.
