Carlo Ancelotti Names His Son Assistant Manager at Bayern Munich

Carlo Ancelotti has decided to bolster his backroom team atBayern Munich– by bringing in his son as one of his assistant managers. The Italian multiple Champions League-winning coach took over at the Bundesliga giants earlier this summer, following Pep Guardiola’s departure for Manchester City.
Ancelotti has already brought in staff that he knows and worked with before, with Englishman Paul Clement arriving after a failed spellas Derby manager last season. And now it looks like Clement will be joined by Carlo’s son Davide, who was once an exciting prospect at AC Milan.
Davide Ancelotti joined Ac Milan’s youth academy when his father was manager at the San Siro, but failed to make the grade and went on to gain a degree in Sports Science.
He was involved in Real Madrid’s fitness team during his dad’s spell in charge at the Bernabeu, and now the 27-year-old will take a step up in Germany.
What do you make of the move? Will it catch on at more clubs?
