Manchester United manager Louis Van has been relieved ofhis duties at Old Trafford following a disappointing campaign, failing to finish the season on top four, however, leading his side to FA Cup final glory two days ago.Dutchman has been sacked as manager of Manchester United with, Albert Stuivenberg, Max Reckers, andFrans Hoek members of Van Gaal’s Coaching staff have also been dismissed.The 64-year old manager who led his side to victory in the FACup final just two days ago, has lost his job alongside withhis crew and Jose Mourinho set to sign 3-year deal with Red Devils.United were eliminated from the Champions League group stages in December and then failed to qualify for next season’s edition of the tournament, finishing fifth in the Premier League.Mourinho’s appointment is expected to be confirmed afterthe 53-year-old Portuguese meets with senior United officials on Tuesday.
The BBC has also reported thatVan Gaal has been officially sacked.
