Hiddink confirms that Drogba is set to return to Stamford Bridge

New Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has confirmed he would love to bringback Drogba to assist him as a backroom staff.Didier Drogba was present at Stamford Bridge sitting alongside Hiddink on Saturday as Chelsea finally returned to winning ways with a comprehensive victory against Sunderland.Since then speculation had increased that the Ivorian striker could join the coaching team under Guus Hiddink, following two successful playing spells at Stamford Bridge.However with one more season remaining on his playing contract with current club Montreal Impact in the Major League Soccer, the Blues hierarchy is still reluctant to confirm such a scenario right now.Hiddink, whose appointment as the Chelsea manager for a second spell was confirmed on Saturday just ahead of the kick-off, thinks Chelsea need more people who can give everything to rebuild the squad following a disastrous start to this season and the shock departure of Jose Mourinho."We would like to get him involved,"Hiddink toldFox Sportswhen asked about Drogba.“But he still has a contract with Montreal in the MLS, even though it is the close season for them now. We want to get important players involved with the club they care about. Drogba’s heart is with Chelsea.”
